Working to the detailed brief provided by Mr Martinez and renowned architects, Thomas Parry Design, we remodeled the bars & theatre kitchen, retaining the Cardiff manufactured Preston Thomas frying range and introducing a larger preparation space, a rotisserie and a Josper Charcoal Oven. An upgrade to the extraction canopy was also required, which introduced a balanced supply of air to the three major cooking areas.
Stunning features to the main and cocktail bar areas were also incorporated, created by our long-standing fabrication partner Concept. These included coated stainless-steel panels, laser cut with the Le Monde logo which was subtly evident the length of the main bar and ceiling mounted shelving for glasses that had elegant Art Deco features laser cut throughout.
